We did not know what exactly he would discuss in Washington, but one thing our readers can be assured of is that he might be making his last attempt to salvage the CTG's plan of a "National Charter", now redefined as "Policy Summit' agenda. It was initially raised and failed to proceed due to opposition of the political parties.
